1. Artwork preparation — your logo or design is prepared at the required size and resolution. We can work from vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) or high-resolution raster files (PNG, TIFF at 300 dpi+).
2. Film printing — the design is printed onto UV DTF transfer film using our UV flatbed printer with UV-curable inks
3. Lamination — a clear adhesive laminate is applied over the printed design, creating the transfer layer
4. Cutting — individual transfers are cut to shape, either as individual pieces or in sheet format (as with the MTU project)
5. Quality check — every sheet is inspected for print quality, colour accuracy, and adhesive coverage
6. Delivery — transfers are delivered ready to apply, with application instructions
